Can't get my voice back to normal after catching a cold . Any techniques to help besides lip trills?

Can't get my voice back to normal after catching a cold which is better for the past two weeks, any techniques to help besides lip trills?  My throat gets a little better then the scrathy sensation comes back after talking much or trying to get back to singing. Please help.
