Cancellation Request Submitted Before Renewal – Refund Required

    Dear 30 Day Singer Support,

    I am unable to reach you via your support email, as messages are not being delivered.

    I had previously requested cancellation of my subscription before the renewal date. However, my subscription was still renewed and charged today (22 March 2026).

    Please treat this as a formal notice that:

    • I do not wish to continue the subscription

    • The recent charge was taken despite prior cancellation request

    I request:

    1. Immediate cancellation of my subscription

    2. A full refund of the renewal charge

    If this is not resolved promptly, I will raise this with my bank as an unauthorised recurring payment.

    Please confirm resolution as soon as possible.

    Update: good news! Your subscription was already cancelled and refunded, and the support team responded to you on 4/16. Please check your junk folder for that confirmation email if you do not see it in your inbox. Thank you!
