Are there warm up and exercise audio only files where there is very little talking

    Hello! I was wondering if there were any audio only files I can down load for practicing. It is a bit laborious to have to search through a  15 minute or longer video for to get to the exercises/ warm ups. I am new here so please forgive me it those are coming up. I would like to be able to practice and do warm ups on my 45 minute commute everyday.

    Hello, Shane! Some lessons do have audio files of exercises extracted for download as mp3s. Others are still in progress! But where mp3s do exist, you'll see them on the lesson page. Scroll down under the video and you'll see a "description" heading, then an "audio" heading (with mp3s for download). Again, not all lessons have those exercises extracted yet!
